The ECSACOG eLogbook Portal is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of medical professionals and patient data entered into this system.
We collect logbook entries, surgical procedures, and user registration data strictly for credentialing, evaluation, and educational tracking purposes within the college.
All users must ensure that no identifiable patient health information (PHI) is entered into the portal. Use assigned patient IDs, medical record numbers (MRNs), or initials as per standard medical data compliance guidelines.
